I accept responsibility for my guests, children, pets, vehicles, and campsite.Liability waiver and assumption of risk. I understand that staying at and using an RV park involves risks, including injury, property damage, weather, wildlife, utilities, roadways, vehicles, and the actions of other guests. I voluntarily accept these risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Canyons RV Park and its owners, employees, and agents from claims or losses arising from ordinary negligence related to my stay or use of the property. This waiver does not apply to gross negligence, willful misconduct, or rights that cannot legally be waived.
